What you’ll do on the daily…

·        
Assist
with all beverage ordering and deliveries.

·        
Supervise in a relaxed but professional way.

·        
Handle visitor’s complaints, requests, and
enquiries in a professional manner.

·        
Deputise in the absence of the manager, to
ensure the continued smooth running of the cafe.

What you’ll bring to the table…


  • A minimum of 1
    year in a supervisory position within a similar F&B business.
  • A good knowledge
    of customer care/complaint handling.
  • Sound product
    knowledge of food and drink.
  • Excellent decision
    making skills.
  • Customer service
    focused approach.
  • Able to remain calm
    under extreme pressure.
  • Responsible
    attitude
