At Ideagen, our Revenue Operations team is dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. With a focus on Sales Enablement, we strive to equip our Sales teams with the necessary tools to boost revenue generation and customer satisfaction across our expanding global customer base. In pursuit of continuous improvement and to support our rapid growth, we are seeking an innovative Sales Enablement Associate. This role will be pivotal in driving the performance of our New Business and Business Development Teams by optimising our Sales Automation platform, Outreach, and effectively collaborating with Marketing and Sales to enhance our Outreach Content and Cadences.

Responsibilities

 Collaborate with Marketing, New Business, Business Development, and Sales Enablement teams to develop top-tier Sales Cadences and Content, thereby aiding the growth of a qualified Sales pipeline.
- Engage efficiently with stakeholders to ensure that our sellers' voices are prominent and resonate within our Outreach platform.
- Equip Outreach user teams with the necessary content and resources to effectively communicate the value of Ideagen.
- Foster a trusted relationship between the GTM organisation and Revenue Operations and Enablement.
- Act as a liaison among the sales, marketing, and Sales Enablement teams to ensure coherence and alignment of strategies.
- Regularly assess the performance of Outreach cadences, making adjustments to flows and content as necessary.
- Coordinate and optimise educational content for ongoing training and sales enablement.
- Develop and implement content in our learning management system to facilitate learning activities for the GTM teams.
- Utilise performance data and Conversational AI to identify and address knowledge or skill gaps within the sales team.

Skills and Experience

- Extensive experience with a Sales Automation platform, ideally Outreach. Suitable backgrounds might include roles in Customer Success or PreSales at Sales Automation platforms, Marketing Operations, creating sales-focused content, or as an SDR involved in content creation or cadence building.
- Ability to craft content that mirrors the voice of the seller and appeals to our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with a demonstrated capability to understand Lead Gen and Sales Process and its associated business metrics.
- Process-oriented approach, with skills in simplifying, automating, and enhancing team effectiveness through procedural improvements.
- Proven track record of ownership over planning and performance tracking on an annual, quarterly, monthly, and intra-month basis.
- Curious and action-oriented, with a passion for Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach, Conversational Intelligence tools, and the application of AI tools to enhance sales performance.
- Experience in both high-velocity, digital-first businesses and enterprise environments is preferred.
