Post Title: Specialty Doctor in ENT 

Location: Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline, Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy and St Andrews Community Hospital

Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday

Specialty Doctor to complement a Consultant Lead service and fully integrated with ST colleagues. Suitable for those looking for further development in ENT but with significant experience to level of a Senior Training Grade. Sub-specialty interest would be welcomed but General skills would be of particular interest. The job will be integral in developing the ENT service in Fife. 
The job will be adapted to meet the applicant’s specific needs but will include clinic. Theatre sessions can be arranged to fit around clinic sessions. Teaching would be expected and there may be an on-call element.

The terms and conditions of service are those determine by the New Specialty Doctor Grade (Scotland) 2008. Appropriately experienced applicants must have full registration with the General Dental Council and have completed significant full-time postgraduate training of which a significant number of those years will have been within Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

We would be happy to consider applications on a part-time or job-share basis and NHS Fife has a number of Family Friendly Policies.

Part time hours will be pro rata.

A requirement of this post is to become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme Prior to appointment.
