Salary: 60k70k plus bonus
The Role: This roleis working for a very exciting and fastgrowing Consumer Goodsbusiness with a brilliant brand in the sector and exciting strategyfor the future. They are hiring for an exciting Commercial FinanceAnalyst opportunity reporting directly to the Finance Director. Youwill be a core member of the wider finance team and play a key partin supporting and strengthening the Finance function. You will beresponsible for the Finance Business Partnering within the fastestgrowing division in the organisation. You will be working withvarious stakeholders across the business and act as a businesspartner to Senior Management and Directors across a range ofdepartments including Sales Marketing Operations and Supply Chainand establish trust and credibility. There is also a clear path forprogression and a great opportunity to move into a managerial rolewithin the team plus excellent salary bonus andbenefits.
RoleandResponsibilities:
- Actas a business partner to Senior Management and Directors across arange of departments including Sales Marketing Operations andSupply Chain and establish trust andcredibility
- Assist with modelling and pricingcosting and profitability analysis
- Assist withbusiness models as required
- Support the FinanceDirector on financial planning analysis andreporting
- Produce and distribute variousweekly/monthly operational reports such as Weeklysales
- Developing new reports to meet thechanging requirements of the business and the needs of companystakeholders
- Develop a detailed workingknowledge of systems to ensure the accuracy of financialreporting
- Extraction and analysis of data fromfinance and operational system
- Keep track ofspending in line with budgets and preparation of relevant monthlyaccruals and reporting
- Responsibility for somestandard finance journals
- Be the main point ofcontact for the commercial teams relating to their actual spend POsspend trackers etc
- Help identify areas toimprove processes and reporting not just within the team but acrossthe company as a whole
- Identifying and drivingcostsaving initiatives and efficiency improvements across thecompany
- Adhoc analysis andreporting
CandidateRequirements:
- Previousexperience in Food Production/ Manufacturing / FMCG / Retail /Consumer Goods
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA /ACCA / ACA)
- Experience working withininternational organisations
- Previous experienceworking in NetSuite would be desirable
- Goodexperience of seeking and implementing ways to improve on currentpractice
- Excellent communication skills andconfidence in partnering withstakeholders
- Confident in identifying resolvingand escalating key points andissues
