Join Close Brothers Invoice Finance Team where you will perform accurate reconciliations for a portfolio of clients. Working as part of the ID Reconciliation team, our ideal team member will have previous experience in detail orientated work, present analytical thinking and have the ability to work well within a team. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform accurate reconciliations for a portfolio of clients.
  • Ensure that ID client sales ledgers are reconciled and completed within Service Level Agreements (SLA) Normal 5 working days of receipt or Priority 48 hours from receipt.
  • Inform in the first instance any significant reconciliation differences, adverse credit ratings or anything unusual to the client manager and your line manager. 
  • Ensure a risk based focus is applied to the client reconciliation.
  • Perform any other duties as requested by your line manager. 
  • Monitor efficiency of all areas within control of the jobholder and to seek continually to improve processes.
  • Deal with Invoice discounting client queries.

IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU:

  • Possessed some accounts / reconciliation experience would be an advantage.
  • Had a Financial Services background or working in a similar regulated industry.
