Head Chef

Location: Astellas Group

Salary: £36,000


As a Head Chef at Sodexo at Astellas Group, you are also a dedicated culinary professional and a leader shaping exceptional dining experiences. You will oversee the creation of high-quality catering services, ensuring each meal meets the company’s exacting standards and delights our clients. What you’ll do:

Deliver outstanding catering services, meeting agreed KPIs and SLA standards.

Maintain impeccable quality and hygiene throughout the food preparation cycle.

Manage financial accountabilities including budgeting, stock levels, and pricing.

Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Lead and inspire a team of catering employees, fostering a culture of excellence.

Drive innovation and identify opportunities for business growth within the contract.


What you bring:

Proven leadership experience in a high-quality culinary environment.

Strong customer service focus, with a hands-on approach to solving challenges.

In-depth knowledge of statutory requirements such as Health & Safety and COSHH.

Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

Proactive, reliable, and adaptable, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
