We’re seeking a Product Experience Manager to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to our Head of Product Experience, working within the product team and collaborating with design, development and Research, the Product Experience Manager will lead the ADAS domain within the team.

Success in this role requires an obsession with delivering innovative customer experiences, and a deep understanding of how customers want to use their automotive products, experience within the Autonomous driving space is a must.

This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity from our planned Bicester or Leamington Spa. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

What you'll do

  • Accountable for a delivering a holistic ADAS experience across all vehicles. Develop and implement a comprehensive product experience vision that aligns with Forseven’s brand strategy and business goals. 
  • Build a top-tier product experience team and establish innovative approaches and tools to efficiently guide the development of new features and functions.
  • Collaborating with the design, CX, and engineering teams to consistently enhance and refine the experience of our vehicles.
  • Develop compelling user stories for our vehicles to shape experiences that delight customers and reinforce our value proposition. 
  • Build and maintain a strong, collaborative team culture that fosters creativity, innovation, and a deep understanding of user needs. 
  • Measure and Enhance User Experience - Establish essential metrics (KPIs) to gauge user engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in user experience design and actively promote their use within Forseven. 

Who you are

  • Extensive experience in Product development and User Experience. Ideally in Automotive or technology. 
  • A confident leader who will direct and build the teams capabilities effectively.
  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies and user-centered design principles.
  • A master of empathy, able to translate user research into seamless and delightful experiences.
  • Evidence of shipping successful B2C hardware products with a high level of technical complexity. 
  • A skilled storyteller, using data and insights to paint a compelling picture of the user journey.
  • A champion of collaboration, seamlessly bridging the gap between design, engineering, and marketing.
  • Creative, strategic, and technical mindset with ability to think outside the box and challenge convention.
