About The Role
These are exciting times at DAS Law (part of ARAG UK), where we are going through a period of sustained growth across our litigation teams. This is a great time to join the hard-working and friendly Volume Litigation unit at DAS Law (part of ARAG UK), who are now seeking a Senior Associate (People & Performance) within the Volume Landlord & Tenant team, who will hold responsibility for the line management of a team of fee-earners, ensuring that our customers receive the highest standard of service and the efficient management of caseloads.
In addition, the role will entail:
Delivering on financial targets as set by the Head of Department; Leading and performance managing the team to comply with SLA’s and KPIs, as well as undertaking and documenting monthly 121s and team meetings in line with the firm’s Supervision Policy; Reviewing existing processes and, where appropriate, make recommendations for improvement; Holding responsibility for investigating and responding to complaints Utilising management information and work closely with other members of the management team to achieve the departmental objectives;Why us?

About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of managing and developing junior employees, with the ability to drive change through innovative thinking and commercial awareness. It is key that you have excellent communication skills, with a passion to support and motivate your team as well as build relationships with key stakeholders and business partners. Ideally you will have experience working within a target-led environment, and the ability to use MS Excel to analyse relevant MI (Management Information). It is essential that you are customer focussed in your approach, and strive to provide a quality and efficient service to help ensure good customer outcomes.
