As part of our GuestExperience Team, you will… 

- Prepare Welcome Packs to warmly greet our guests upon theirarrival
- Extend a warmwelcome to guests as they arrive at our bustling reception area
- Extendhospitality through courtesy check-in calls, ensuring guests feel appreciatedand attended to from the moment they arrive
- Share yourinsider's knowledge of the local area with our guests, enriching their staywith tips and recommendations for an unforgettable experience
- Collaborateseamlessly with our team to swiftly and effectively address any queries orconcerns our guests may have, ensuring their comfort and satisfactionthroughout their stay

Pay Rates:  16 to 17 £, 18 to 20 £, 21+ £ per hour

Experience andQualifications 
You don’t need experience to join our Guest Experience Team.You may already have experience in Hospitality, Customer Service or GuestRelations but if not, that’s ok We will provide the training and supportrequired to ensure you are great at what you do. All we are looking foris…
