The Role
Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to shine. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering calls and logging vehicle breakdowns.
- Resolving queries by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sending follow-up documentation and keeping systems updated.
- Supporting colleagues to ensure deadlines are met.
- Following recognised administrative processes to maintain consistency across teams.

You enjoy variety in your day and thrive in a fast-paced environment. To excel in this role, you’ll need previous administration experience to hit the ground running, strong working knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel and Outlook), and excellent communication skills both over the phone and in writing. A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting others to meet priorities is essential.
