This role is pivotal to driving our goal to be the UK's Leading and Best Leisure travel business. This senior position supports and deputises for the Director of Flight Operations (DFO), with a responsibility to ensure continued delivery of a VIP customer service through a safe and efficient operation while driving to improve standards throughout the Flight Operations environment. With a remit of over 1,700 Pilots and more than 3,700 Cabin Crew Colleagues across our 12 UK Bases, this is a unique opportunity to join our award-winning airline at a hugely exciting time.
