Job responsibilities

The post holder isresponsible for providing high quality, personalised care to patients in theirown home/residential setting as part of the District Nursing service. The postholder will work under indirect supervision and undertake tasks and duties delegatedby the Registered Nurse and will work collaboratively within the team to meetthe needs of the patients and the service.

Previous experience of working or volunteering in a health or social care setting or life experience of caring for others.
