This is a remote working role working Mon-Fri 9-5pm with requirement to travel to their head office in Saffron Walden once a month.

The day-to-day role:

As a Member Representative you will act as first point of contact for customers over multiple channels, delivering a high level of customer service whilst adhering to quality assurance and operational standards.  Assisting towards team measures including but not limited to the booking of Financial Wellbeing Reviews and referrals to third party partners. Identifying any potential or actual customer vulnerability throughout interactions Deal with any complaints in a timely and efficient manner

To be successful:

You will have excellent customer service ability. Be able to work independently with occasional travel to an office. Excellent communication skills.
