Positioned conveniently between Faringdon, Witney, and Oxford, just off the A420, Southmoor Little Angels offer a wonderful environment for families seeking quality early years care.
At Southmoor Little Angels, we're all about providing a warm and nurturing experience. Our Yellow and Green rooms offer full-day care for little ones aged 6 months to 4 years, while our Blue room offers a term-time-only preschool option for 2- to 4-year-olds.
Exciting news We're gearing up to open our doors in Spring 2024, and we couldn't be more thrilled As we prepare for this special milestone, we're busy getting everything ready to welcome you and your family.
Your duties and responsibilities will include;
Eagerness to learn and improve outcomes for children.
Flexibility to adapt to the nursery’s daily needs
Effective communication and listening skills.
Have an understanding and compassionate approach.
Interacting and supporting and nurturing children aged between 6 months and 4 years.
Commitment to the children to nurture their quest for knowledge and empowered them to become the best version of themselves.
Help support the development of the children while being mentored to learn the role of a practitioner by a key member of staff.
Flexible adapt in the moment and to the family’s needs.
Support with all aspects pf personal care including heling at mealtimes and toilet training.
Requirements:
You must be able to obtain a clear DBS
Preferably have GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language, or equivalent
Hours:
For this position the candidate would be working 40 hours per week, with shifts between the setting’s opening hours of 08.30am and 17.30pmBenefits:
