We are seeking a skilled and experiencedPeriodontist to join a dental practice located in Leigh On Sea. Asa Periodontist you will be responsible for diagnosing treating andpreventing diseases and conditions of the gums and other structuressurrounding theteeth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conductthorough examinations of patients gums teeth and overall oralhealth to diagnose periodontal diseases andconditions.
  2. Develop comprehensive treatmentplans tailored to individual patients needs including scaling androot planing periodontal surgery and otherinterventions.
  3. Perform surgical procedures suchas gingival grafts flap surgery and dental implant placement toaddress advanced periodontal disease and restore oralhealth.
  4. Provide nonsurgical treatments such asroot surface debridement and administration of antimicrobial agentsto manage periodontal infections.
  5. Collaborateclosely with other members of the dental team including generaldentists dental hygienists and dental assistants to coordinatepatient care and ensure optimaloutcomes.

Requirements:

  1. Completionof an accredited postgraduate program in periodontics orexperience
  2. GDCRegistration
  3. Excellent clinical skills andproficiency in performing periodontal surgeries and other advancedtreatments.
  4. Outstanding communication andinterpersonal abilities with a compassionate and patientcenteredapproach to care.
  5. Strong organisational skillsand attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuraterecords anddocumentation.
