By joining our team, you will work across the full lifecycle of highly complex infrastructure projects enabling you to progress your competencies to achieve your APC and become MRICS. A typical day in this role could involve –

Contract/Commercial Management Cost Management Prepare, validate and agreement of interim and final accounts Prepare monthly reports Complete savings report for internal records Risk Management Estimating Contract Change Control Attending / leading Commercial / Contract meetings Comply with Quality Management Systems, processes and procedures.

About You

What we are looking for in our next team member

Ideally you will be HNC, HND or Degree qualified in a Quantity Surveying / Cost Management, Construction Law, or similar / relevant discipline. Relevant experience in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management in the UK Infrastructure sector. A passion for infrastructure, sustainability and delivering great work. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly with colleagues and clients.
