Supporting the General Manager andrest of the Personal Training team driving activity and developingplans to be successful. This role is perfect forsomeone who is passionate about fitness and creating that sense ofcommunity within theirclub

Thisrole would really suit someone who is stepping up into their firstAssistant Manager role as well as someone looking for a newchallenge you could be a great Personal trainer or sales consultantwithin the industry looking for that step intoManagement
You must have a genuine passion forsales and be able to support new members in their journeys creatinga great atmosphere and club culture for both team members andmembers to achieve their fitness goals
Drivingsales and marketing activities and developing plans to besuccessful whether this means taking a lead on the clubs socialmedia and interactive content or getting out and about involved inthe local community planning events outreach and localnetworking.
Delivering exceptional customerservice looking after your existing members and working towardssmashing your target bringing new members into the club achievingbusiness KPIs.
You will be able to lead salesyourself and have a proactive attitude and a handsonapproach.

You must be keen drivendedicated with a passion for Fitness Motivated to achieve businessand personal goals.
The ideal AGM will have abackground in the fitness industry but as I said this isnt a musthave as long as you have a level 2 PTqualification (you could be newly qualified) If youhave a brilliant personality keen to learn and grow within theindustry I still want to speak withyou.
Confident Be the face of the club and lovebuilding great relationships with your team and members as well aswithin the local community and corporatebusinesses.
