About the Role:

Ferrero is currently looking to recruit a Product Flow Management Specialist, based in our Greenford office. Reporting to the PFM Manager UK&IRL within the Supply Chain function, you will be responsible for managing the Ferrero document process as well as ensuring all new product changes are being effectively managed across key divisions ensuring that the correct tracking, monitoring and process flows are maintained, so that route to market is seamless across Ferrero systems.

This role provides great visibility throughout the business due to closely working with other departments such as Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, International PFM’s (Product Flow and Documental Processes teams), R&D, Pack deploy, Co-Packing and Legal/PR.

Main Responsibilities:

 

As the Product Flow Management Specialist you will take full responsibility of the RDP process, defining priorities and drive timings for the process & project configuration creation. This is a varied role with lots of responsibility from managing the artwork process and managing requests for brands or flavours to be launched in the UK&I.

 

You will also have the opportunity to participate actively in the implementation and improvement of IT systems and processes.

 

The Product Flow Management Specialist will have a big focus on Master Data Management and ensure all the required data is entered into the correct systems to allow the production of local co-pack and receiving and selling of factory produced products. This will include warehouse data, finance data and customer specific data.

Your role will also allow you to manage and record all packaging weights for green tax calculations, manage the communication with external providers for green tax management and related data submissions and timely completion of all products within the PFM platform, ensuring correctness as well as data quality.

Overall, this is an exciting role which gives you autonomy, exposure to different functions and stakeholders and the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supporting culture.
