About the Job:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Parts Specialist located in West Bromwich,West Midlands, UK. In this role, you will be responsible for all parts matters, including but not limited to parts sales, parts claims, and parts storage management(in and out of warehouse).
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the company's parts sales, and prepare the corresponding Delivery Note and send it back to company headquarters for sales invoices.
2. Responsible for the company's parts claims, record the claimed parts from the warehouse or engineer every day, and send the claimed parts list back to the company headquarters for write-off.
3. Do the corresponding storage and sorting according to the parts list issued by the company headquarters.
4. Monitor and track the movement of parts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
5.Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the quality and condition of parts.
6. Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.
Requirements
1.Have the work rights with no restriction in the UK.
2.Proven experience of working as either a Parts Specialist or similar role in the machinery industry .
3.Have the knowledge of mobile elevating work platforms .
4.A valid forklift license will be a definite advantage.
5.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
6.Strong communication skills.
7.Fluent written and spoken English.
