Purpose of the Role:

As the D365 F&O Integration Lead within the group you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of the group’s strategic Finance Systems Platform D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation across the group. You will provide expert advice on entity requirements to enable them to migrate onto D365 F&O ensuring they receive the best possible solution whilst still maintaining group standards and controls.

Person Specification:

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills Negotiating, influencing, effective challenge and gaining commitment Broad business perspective and acumen Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Initiative, proactivity, enquiring approach, resourcefulness. Adaptability, ability to embrace and respond positively to change. Analytical and investigative skills, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills, individually and collaboratively. Ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications & Experience:

Excellent Knowledge of D365 F&O and its functional capabilities Proven track record of implementing Finance Applications and systems Enjoys working with technology, data and systems and can understand how these might be employed by the business community Degree Educated Professional Certification – Microsoft certification Accountancy experience would be helpful
