About GLOSSYBOX

GLOSSYBOX is a leading beauty box subscription service. Every month we create a unique journey for our subscribers. Our specialist team works endlessly to bring the best in beauty discovery as well as the latest tips, tricks and trends for them to trial. GLOSSYBOX is the perfect treat where every month our subscribers receive a beautifully wrapped GLOSSYBOX filled with 5 surprise beauty treats, We have created a 360° experience that transcends beyond just the box with expert beauty advice and features from the industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Develop relationships with strategic partners, affiliates, influencers, and agencies to increase brand awareness and drive performance across the channel

· Support with sourcing new offers and deals for our Glossybox subscribers in our exclusive subscriber lounge, delivering value to our members and partners alike to support retention

· Coordinate key channel projects to support the wider teams acquisition targets

· Stay on top of industry trends, attending events, webinars and conferences to support maintaining relationships with key strategic partners

· Work to affiliate and UGC budgets to ensure maximisation of spend to ROI targets and KPIs, continuously looking to add value

· Oversee UGC & Content Affiliate collaborations and report back on to senior team on findings and learnings

· Keep on top of new partner recruitment, managing and vetting the onboarding of new partnerships

· Support with planning digital campaigns for GLOSSYBOX, taking care of the outreach, branding and market positioning across all partners

· Optimize all partnerships by effectively measuring performance through reporting, working with partners and the Senior Marketing Manager to establish goals and pivoting where appropriate to ensure targets are hit

· Continuously look to propose innovative ideas and initiatives to drive subscriber growth and scale GLOSSYBOX brand awareness

Key desired skills

· Previous experience in an affiliate, partnerships or e-commerce role is beneficial

· Able to build strong and collaborative relationships with team members and external partners

· Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Team player who is proactive, driven and goal oriented

· Strong negotiation skills
