Staff Nurse - RGN/RMN

25 hours per week

Night Shifts

£21 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-time Night Nurse to join our client's nursing team. As a Night Nurse you will provide care and support to patients during the night shift, ensuring their safety and well-being. This role is crucial in maintaining a high standard of patient care and promoting a healing environment.

Qualifications
  • RGN (Registered General Nurse Adult) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification with a valid UK NMC Pin
  • Proven experience in a similar role preferred
  • Solid understanding of patient care and treatment methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and make critical decisions under pressure
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patient care


Responsibilities
  • Monitor and assess patients' condition throughout the night
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical assistance when necessary
