• Plan and deliver engaging and effective MFL (Modern Foreign Languages) lessons to students
• Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing feedback to help them improve
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports students' language development
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching materials
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' progress

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Demonstrated proficiency in at least one modern foreign language

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

• Previous experience teaching MFL in a secondary school setting
• Experience in lesson planning, assessment, and classroom management

• Strong organisational skills
• Confidence in classroom delivery
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Postgraduate qualification in Education or MFL
• Experience with exam board specifications and assessment criteria

• Full-time position with regular school hours
• Classroom-based teaching with some administrative responsibilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
