You llalso have the opportunity to mix with other paralegals and lawyersoperating across several different legalsectors.

Withinthis role you willbe:

• AssistingConveyancing Solicitors in managing residential and commercialpropertytransactions.
  
• Liaisingwith clients estate agents and other parties involved in theconveyancingprocess.
  
• Conductinglegal research review title deeds and prepare legal documentsincluding contracts transfer of equity searches andleases.
  
• Handlecorrespondence and communication with clients andstakeholders.
  
• Assistwith file management document drafting and administrative tasksrelated to conveyancingmatters.
  

Requirements

Aboutyou:

• Tobe considered for this role you need to have previous experience ofworking as a Paralegal in Conveyancing.
  
• You shouldhave a strong attention to detail excellent communication &interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively andalso on yourown.
