About The School

The school in question embraces the pioneering female aviator Amelia Earhart “ No borders, just horizons”  the school main aim is to ensure that all of their pupils are safe, secure and happy within the school community, and are equipped with the vital skills needed to move confidently into adulthood, within a rapidly changing and technologically complex world.

Assignment Details

The assignment will start in September working Monday to Friday, there is view for this placement to be made permanent if the all parties are happy to proceed.

The role will include planning and marking

As a successful qualified teacher  you will need the following:

  • Have QTS Status or equivalent qualification
  • Be confident in your ability to lead a class of children aged 11-16 years
  • Be able to work well with challenging behaviour
  • Hold strong communication skills both orally and written
  • Willing to undergo continual professional training
  • Able to work under pressure effectively and ‘think on your feet’
  • Ambitious and enthusiastic with a ‘can do attitude’ and good sense of humour
  • Be able to commute to work in Lincoln
