Job Description

Theright candidate will be able to manage multiple activities withintight timelines communicate extremely well deal diplomatically withpeople and keep their composure under pressure. The positionrequires strong organizational and administrative skills.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in one or more of following is desirableOffice administration HR activitiesetc.
  • Experience / deepinterest in technology and willingness to learn
  • Should like working in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint
  • Extremely meticulous. Attention to detail is verycritical
  • Excellent verbal and documentationcommunication skills.
  • Some scheduled travel isinvolved exhibitions employee meet customer meet.

Responsibilities:

Business Coordination:

  • Coordinate with various business units forupdates meetings create agenda measure effectivenessetc.
  • Close interactions with Business UnitLeads for the operations and business profitability reports &meetings
  • Work closely with the management teamand help compiling various business reports.
  • Assist in setting up additional companies and Officesregistrations certifications working locations diversitycertifications legal requirements etc.
  • Office& Operation Management including travel & officeinfrastructure arrangements etc.

Assisting Prisedent

  • Calendar Management
  • Recording the Minutes of the Meetings and followingup
  • Preparation for the business meetings
  • Gathering data to prepare for themeetings
  • Travel arrangements
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Writecontent for various publications and platforms.
  • Diplomatic in dealing with others while upfront whencommunicating with Prisedent
  • Assist inupholding the values and mission of the company

Employee & BusinessCommunication:

  • Creatinginnovative and customized programs for enhancing relationship andbusiness with staff and contractors
  • Makeefforts towards employer branding and high retention
  • Various Contract administration & management e.g.with employees clients suppliers etc.
  • Communicate with various outside entities for the legalmatters including attorneys
  • Corporatecommunication
  • Correspond with ClientsConsultants Suppliers or Internal Staff on behalf ofManagement
