Food & Beverage Assistant (Full - Time)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Food & Beverage Assistant to join us at Hale Country Club & Spa. 

Full time role 40 hrs per week Monday - Sunday - 8 hrs shift - 5 days a week (shift rotation) competitive salary based on experience & skills location - Hale Country Club & Spa (parking available on site) immediate start date 

We are looking for a talented, passionate individual to join our team and create memorable guest experiences. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standard of professionalism in all areas of operation and carry out all duties to our world class standards.

Main Duties of the Role

Able to work in all areas of Food & Beverage including Bar, Restaurant & Outdoor TerraceWelcome members and guests in a polite and friendly mannerTake and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer servicePrepare set ups for tablesManage guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerUp-sell with latest departmental incentivesEnsure compliance of brand standardsStrive to achieve departmental targetsEnsure cleanliness of work areasComply with club security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislationComply with local licensing lawsBe environmentally awareAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

Requirements

Able to work under pressurePrevious experience and knowledge of food and beverageGreat attitude towards work & colleaguesDesire to learn new skillsExperience working in a diverse environmentGood communication skillsTeam-working skillsSelf-motivatedGood people skills
