Are you looking to use your technical skills for social good? Dataro is an ethically-minded ‘Data Science-as-a-Service’ startup that uses machine learning to help not-for-profits run more successful fundraising campaigns.
We're looking for a seriously talented Solution Architect to join our team and get our solution into the hands of not-for-profits around the world.
In This Role, You'll Get To
- Work closely with our sales team and top prospects to understand client systems and how they can best be integrated with the Dataro platform.
- Scope and document custom integrations for sales, clients and our operations team.
- Guide clients through API connection, SFTP file exchange or install Dataro software into client environments.
- Respond to technical questions from clients regarding Dataro’s integrations, system architecture and security.
- Provide technical guidance and support to sales and customer success teams during pre-sales and project execution phases.
- Perform analysis of client data and be able to triage issues for our operations team.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
- Clearly document all the integration options available to clients.
On The First Day, We'll Expect You To Have
- >3yrs experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on CRM integration
- Very strong knowledge and experience of: cloud CRMs, databases, APIs & SFTP
- Good Python or SQL skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in pre-sales support and technical consulting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
