Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Innovation Lead to drive digital optimization through advanced technology initiatives, focusing on sustainable IT practices, robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML). Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Green IT and Sustainability Initiatives: Lead the adoption of sustainable IT practices, integrating green technology solutions that reduce environmental impact and enhance operational efficiency.
  • RPA Implementation: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions to automate routine processes, improve accuracy, and free up resources for strategic activities.
  • AI and Machine Learning Development: Design and implement AI and ML models to support digital optimization goals. Collaborate with data and digital teams to develop predictive models and automation tools.
  • Digital Innovation Strategy: Develop and execute a digital innovation roadmap that aligns with organizational objectives, emphasising efficiency, sustainability, and scalability.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital optimization and guide the adoption of innovative technologies. Provide insights on emerging tech trends and potential applications within the organization.

Required Expertise

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, focusing on RPA, AI/ML, and IT sustainability.
  • Proven experience in RPA implementation from design to deployment, ensuring successful automation outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML development and application, with the ability to translate business needs into predictive and automation solutions.
  • Knowledge of sustainable IT practices, with experience in implementing green technology and optimising digital services for environmental impact reduction.
  • Strong familiarity with digital transformation and innovation strategies, including advanced technologies and best practices in IT optimization.

Key Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in RPA tools, AI/ML platforms, and green IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to work cross-functionally and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism), AI/ML platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and other relevant technologies.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and efficiency.

Required Certifications

  • Certified AI Specialist is essential.
  • RPA Developer Certification is highly desirable.
  • Additional certifications in sustainable IT practices or green technology are advantageous but not mandatory.
