That’s why we need people like you to help us deliver on our promises. People who enjoy getting things done

Due to business growth we have a great opportunity with progression and development for a Junior Administrator to join our team. We couldn’t do the work which we do, without the dedicated support of our office-based administration teams. These are the people who enable our success every single day, wherever we’re working and whatever the weather.

The Role

Work activities vary but will include – telephones to answer, queries to be resolved, follow up documentation to be sent and systems to be updated.

Here are a few examples of your likely daily tasks:

  • Place Material requisitions orders.
  • Receipting of material orders against invoices.
  • Subcontract quality management including payment runs/variations and final accounting.

We’ll be looking to you to ensure that the team’s administrative processes are efficient, effective and work priorities are met, so it’s essential that you have previous administration experience and we’ll expect accurate Microsoft Office skills with good intermediate knowledge of Excel and error free data entry.

Experience of working in a similar construction site-based role would be beneficial.

Due to location a full UK driving licence is required

As you’ll be liaising with colleagues, clients, and suppliers, great communication skills are also important.
