Your new company 
My client is a friendly independent company and local service provider with expertise in providing clients with rehabilitation following complex injuries. 
Your new role 
The post holder will work closely alongside the Office Manager and Admin Team to provide efficient and high-quality reception and administrative support for the clinical team, support services team and senior management team. 
Duties will include:

  • Communicating with visitors, clients and colleagues over the phone, by email and face to face.
  • Answer incoming calls, direct and relay messages.
  • Manage incoming mail and other deliveries.
  • Photocopying/scanning/printing as required.
  • Maintaining and updating databases.
What you'll need to succeed 
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork and an aptitude for working with others. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
