Accounts Assistant

Location: Stirling

Your new role

What you’ll do:

Providing cover for Sales Ledger and Credit Control function Assisting in the financial month end and budget processes as well as assisting with the development of new systems and processes Processing sales invoices/credit notes and receipts Preparing debtor reconciliations in line with reporting timetable Preparing bank rec/weekly cash forecast Provide financial analysis of contract performance against budget Assist with the development and implementation of financial systems and processes

What you’ll need:

Previous accounts experience and the ability to demonstrate either purchase ledger or sales ledger invoice processing An accountancy qualification would be an advantage, but is not necessary Must be proficient using Microsoft Excel . pivot tables, vlookups sumif, sumproduct
