As a Senior Helpdesk Administrator, your responsibilities include supporting the Estates leadership team with administrative, helpdesk and compliance related duties, while maintaining a professional and customer focused approach. You will have control of the College helpdesk database, and therefore must ensure accuracy with data inputting, compliance with GDPR, company policies and wider legislation surrounding H&S and other related aspects.

Have GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent) Experience in an administrative role Working experience of MS Office and other IT tools.  Excellent communication and problem solving skills.  Have a customer-focused approach to their work. 

Through the duration of this contract, the Estates team will be managing some exciting projects for DN Colleges and are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Helpdesk Administrator to support them through this period. 

Working hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30am-5pm, Fri 8:30am-4pm 

Closing date: 11th August.

The LET’s Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
