Do you want to earn uncapped commission with career growth?
We are looking for an ambitious Field Sales Business Development Manager for a rapidly expanding communications company based in Daventry. You will be expected to sell outsourced call handling and call centre services to small and medium-sized businesses within the UK. The more clients you bring in the more money you make there is NO LIMIT.
You will have the freedom to create and implement your own strategies and techniques allowing you to be in charge of your own success
So what will you be doing?
- Cold calling and identify leads using different strategies.
- Attending events to find potential customers.
- Convert prospects into customers
- Monitoring competitors
What will you get?
- £30k basic salary

What experience do you need?
- Sales experience (1 year minimum)
