The Opportunity

You will manage annual Total Reward processes for QVC UK (including compensation review cycle, survey submissions, benefits renewals, market review, gender pay gap reporting, national minimum wage adjustments, bonus and LTI administration). You will participate in global and European Total Reward projects. Innovates QVC UK's Total Reward offering, developing new concepts, and creating business cases for Senior Management to align with market practices, UK business strategy and global Total Reward strategy. You will educate and upskills internal clients by translating complex Total Reward topics into accessible materials, analyses and reports on uptake and usage of relevant Total Reward policies, and ensuring that all costs are managed following UK TR budget.

Your Impact

Total Rewards experience in retail or media industries. Experience working in a complex matrix environment, being a standalone in the UK and partnering with all levels of team members, up to and including executive level, across all markets. You will support the review and design of total reward programmes, including external analysis, creating business cases and stakeholder management. Knowledge of Willis Towers Watson and Mercer job evaluation methodology. Experience leading key compensation processes, including:· Annual compensation review cycle· Annual salary survey submission (Willis Towers Watson, Mercer)· Gender Pay Gap reporting· National Living Wage review· Bonus and LTI administration You will be point of contact for all benefits suppliers, brokers and third parties including Pension, Private Medical Insurance and Group Risk benefits. Experience leading key benefits processes, including benefits implementation, negotiating annual reviews and closedowns (including internal stakeholder management. You will have experience with UK regulatory and compliance-related topics (., UK tax legislation, GDPR .·

What You Bring

High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent financial, maths, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills require Bachelor's Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Human Resources or equivalent (., CIPD Level 5) You will have Total Rewards experience. Analytical, HRIS, Consulting or Finance.
