We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Investor Relations and Investment Principal with a background of raising capital for corporations or other entities in the financial market to work for Delta Capita’s parent company, Prytek - A Multinational Technology Group with a focus on building and investing in technology and delivering managed services in the Financial Services, Cyber & Tech Education and HR sectors.

The group successfully completed 180 deals in the past three years - including 20 merger deals and 3 new tech companies were founded - as part of the company’s ongoing growth strategy to build a range of vertically integrated technology ecosystems. Since its launch in 2017 it has spent more than $350m to acquire, build and develop deep technologies. It combines top tier managed service companies with leading proprietary technology all under one roof. The group builds global businesses with an end-to-end Business Operating Platform-as-a-Service (BOPaaS) and SaaS offerings that create innovative products and solutions with meaningful operational efficiencies, allowing global enterprises to reshape their strategies for long-term growth.

Requirements

The Role and Responsibilities

Support CEO and CFO in building investment case for the business to potential investorsBuild equity and capital through a sound growth story and strategyPossess a keen understanding of the market, investment banking trends and financial forecastsCreate a valuation model for the client/company which analyses risks, variables and other essential factorsPrepare materials for investment meetings

Key skills:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related disciplinePrior work experience in an investment bank or investment businessKnowledge of latest market trends and developments in the financial investment sectorExpertise in M&A and securities regulationsExtensive experience communicating to investors across private equity transactions and IPO
