As the Pre-Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our client's projects by managing the pre-construction phase, including tendering, proposals, planning, costing, bidding, and risk management. You will be responsible for guiding design decisions, maintaining financial oversight, and fostering strong client relations to ensure projects are set up for success from the start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the tendering and proposal process for high-rise projects, ensuring competitive bids.
  • Oversee the budgeting and costing process, providing accurate financial projections and cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on planning and design decisions to ensure project feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
  • Manage bidding and negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best terms.
  • Implement robust risk management strategies to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing expert guidance and ensuring seamless communication throughout the pre-construction phase.
  • Oversee financials, tracking budgets, forecasts, and cash flows to ensure projects remain profitable and within scope.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure design and construction strategies are aligned with overall project goals.

  • Proven experience in pre-construction management for high-rise or large-scale construction projects.
  • Expertise in tendering, proposals, budgeting, risk management, and design decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of the construction process and ability to manage complex project financials.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client relations skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
