Omni Relationship Manager

What will you be doing?
As an Omni Relationship Manager within our Client Services team, you will interface directly with asset management clients as the face and voice of eVestment, while also having responsibility in analyzing data sets within the industry and working in Salesforce. In this role, you will act as a project manager by supervising the project cycle of client’s cyclical and non-cyclical database marketing needs. This includes working cross-functionally to ensure all efforts are made in a timely and accurate way and are in-step with the client’s expectations of their database marketing strategy.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for client-oriented professionals with excellent communication skills. With an organized and attentive approach and an ability to prioritize multiple projects. You are highly proficient in MS Office with strong database skills.
We expect you to have:
Proven experience in the investment or asset management industry or in a relationship management role
Superb interpersonal skills and experience establishing relationships - both with clients and with team members.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly proficient with MS Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint
Good database skills, and tech savvy.
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task while remaining detail oriented.
Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently, setting priorities in a dynamic environment.
At least a bachelor’s degree in a field of study that has given you some exposure to the Financial Services sector, or equivalent work experience.
It would be good if you also have:
Salesforce experience
Written and verbal communication skills in additional languages
An understanding of asset management terminology as well as Nasdaq eVestment product knowledge
