KPI Care are looking for a Senior Health Care Assistant to work permanently within a 34 bedded, busy dementia care home.
As a senior care assistant, you will be assisting with various different needs of the residents to provide the highest quality care whilst supervising and helping to lead a team alongside the Registered Manager. You will have experience working with a similar setting.

Shifts are a mixture of both days and nights. You must be flexible to work mixed shifts.

Responsibilities and Experience:

  • Provide leadership towards the care staff
  • Ensure the shift and service is run efficiently
  • Medication administration and management
  • Ability to manage, direct and lead a team
  • Complete audits where needed
  • Promote independence
  • Understand person centred care
  • Administration of medication
