We are working in partnership with an Ofsted 'Good' Secondary school in Solihull who are seeking an enthusiastic and committed teacher of IT to join their team in September. This is a full-time and long-term role for the autumn term with the potential of going permanent. Due to being a long term role, full teaching responsibilities will be required, including planning and marking. You must be a qualified teacher (ECTs are welcome to apply) and have recent experience teaching IT to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Job Description
- Delivering engaging and creative IT lessons to students in KS3 and KS4
- Planning and preparing schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback
- Contributing to the development of the department's curriculum
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members
