We are looking for an experienced Lead Technical Product Manager to join our technical platforms team and support us on an exhilarating journey shaping the future of our platform products.
As the Lead Technical Product Manager your role will be to define a strategic roadmap that propels us to achieve a 10X scale and execute it with finesse. Collaborate closely with global teams to set clear objectives spanning short, medium, and long-term horizons. Your leadership will be pivotal in orchestrating collaborative governance processes, ensuring optimal stakeholder alignment and driving remarkable results. Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive platform product strategyPartner with global teams to establish and communicate prioritized objectives from small to large initiativesIndependently manage platform products & end-to-end execution of larger initiatives in a complex environmentPrioritize project types based on scalability, business value, customer impact, and regulatory complianceDefine and track key platform product metrics to inform decision-makingCollaborate with engineering to design and implement scalable platform architecture to support evolving business needsEstablish and oversee effective communication and alignment rituals with stakeholdersDrive technical innovation within the platform productMentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a culture of growthSkills & Qualification
Customer centric professionalExperience working with software products & platforms as a Product Manager or in a similar function.Comfortable working with numbers and making decisions based on dataAbility to build strong relationships across distinct stakeholdersThe ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plansExcellent communication skills: written, verbal and presentationKnowledge of cloud-based data services and solutions, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Understanding of technical products and platforms and ability to influence engineering decisionsStrong leadership and strategic thinking abilities, with the ability to drive vision and inspire teams.Company
