As Account Manager, you'll manage, retain and be accountable for end-to-end account management service delivery of a portfolio of mid-corporate clients. You'll contribute to profitable growth and achievement of our strategy, plans and targets.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at our Tunbridge Wells, Glasgow, Leeds or Bristol office, visiting clients and intermediaries, or attending industry events.
What you'll be doing:
Manage positive business to business (B2B) relationships to deliver retention and cross sales results. Follow sales administration systems and processes. Establish and develop meaningful relationships with intermediary partners. Produce and analyse management information (MI) for clients and intermediary partners to see the value and performance of their plan. Build effective working relationships across AXA Health. Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of AXA Health products, including corporate employee benefits and healthcare.
