Job Description

Our Property Services pillar operate in the refurbishment and regeneration of thousands of properties in the South of England; we are currently looking for a SHEQ Advisor to provide invaluable health and safety support and advice to teams undertaking cyclical internal / external refurbishment works to properties as well as exciting rooftop development, conversion and fire safety projects. Your role as SHEQ Advisor will involve:

Undertaking periodic risk assessments and implementing more robust procedures when necessary Providing specialist SHEQ advice to colleagues / subcontractors Ensuring contracts are compliant and that positive behaviours are embedded in the day to day works of our operational teams

Qualifications

This is primarily a site-based role which will require a SHEQ professional with previously construction / property services sector experience, in addition to a full UK driving license and vehicle for work purposes. You will also possess the following:

Understanding of health and safety issues as they relate to the property maintenance space, and ability to implement processes in line with industry standards Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and subcontractors; we are looking for a team player who can add value to our operational teams CMIOSH or equivalent (or be working towards this)
