Are you a dynamic Architect with an innovative portfolio to match? Are you seeking to gain experience across a range of global projects?

We are looking for a creative, collaborative team player to join our Architecture team. You will work on a variety of design projects across multiple countries and sectors, including mixed-use, residential, hospitality and workplace.

As an Architect, you are responsible for international mid-scale or aspects of large-scale architectural projects in the commercial mixed-use sector through all aspects of design and development.

What we’re looking for:

Experience in successfully delivering medium or large-sized international projects in concept stage Proficient in Revit Great hand-sketching skills to convey your design ideas and concepts Proficiency in computer applications commonly used within Architecture Drawing skills, good written and spoken communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Design Expertise

Deliver high quality design work, engaging others with your creative and innovative thinking. Project Delivery Demonstrate a working knowledge of the design process and project brief, supporting the preparation of the project deliverables and other activities related to the project development. Deliver high quality work with limited guidance, demonstrating developed technical and/or design skills. Manage third parties according to the parameters of the project.

Team Membership

Act as a team player, actively seeking feedback and demonstrating a positive attitude towards work and team activities. Support company-wide initiatives and proactively seek feedback.

Client Relationships

Respond positively towards clients and consultants. Provide support to senior team members with client presentations and meetings as required.

Budget Control

Recognise the importance of the project budget and seeks to develop their knowledge of project financials.
