Job Title: Concession Manager

Location: Boundary Outlet - Colne

Job Type: Full Time. 40 hours a week working 5 days over 7. This will include weekend work.

You will be responsible for overseeing a team of dedicated professionals, driving departmental growth, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to the achievement of company goals. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of professionals Team Management Customer Service Delivery processing/ Stock replenishment Visual Merchandising and display Maintaining stock accuracy by regular stock counting

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a leadership or management role. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
