The Role

We’re looking for AV Account Director to run our driven and forward-thinking AV team tocraft bespoke broadcast strategies for our diverse clients. Motivate clients to embrace great broadcast plans, includingbespoke video buys, big brand campaigns, and performance-led campaigns. Deliverbest-in-class audit results while maintaining strong TV station relationships.

Responsibilities: Be a lead member within the team, positioned asa key point of contact for both clients and internal client teams.​
Develop an in-depth understanding of theclients’ business and build a good relationship with the client and keystakeholders. Be a trusted expert and comfortable leading communicationand presentations.​
Work closely with internal client teams toefficiently deliver strong and clear TV, VOD, YouTube and Sponsorshiprecommendations, reports, and campaign analysis.​
Full management and overseeing of accounts.Control overall performance and delivery against core deals, auditcriteria, reccie positions and finance; having confidence to lead andsupport the wider team, department, and agency as necessary.​
Supporting team memberswith day-to-day activities and development, illustrating bestpractice in monitoring campaigns and ensuring delivery against requiredmetrics.
Forge strong workingrelationships with senior media owners, use developed negotiation skillsto deliver value for clients and push for competitive advantage in achallenging marketplace

Requirements

You are likely to have at least 5 years of Broadcastexperience, be passionate, ambitious, and curious. You will need todemonstrate: 

Experience in planning TV and online video fora variety of clients 
Ability to think strategically and look forcreative solutions to briefs. 
Strong numeracy skills, attention to detail andtime management 
Written and verbal presentation skills 
Ability to challenge colleagues and clients. 
Ability to brief and manage media owners. 
Ability to work in a team. 
Ability to think beyond the TV spot.
