DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Team Leader to join our team specializing in Blockline Support for our Power Systems Business in Daventry, UK .

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :

Optimize Production Coordination: Ensure the team meets production specifications, schedules, and targets for volume, cost, and quality.

Boost Team Performance: Monitor team output, assign tasks, and provide inputs to achieve work specifications and quality standards.

Maintain Process Adherence: Ensure team members follow process documentation for operator training and defect investigation.

Reduce Wastage: Implement strategies to minimize waste and enhance cost efficiency.

Improve Quality Control: Conduct quality inspections, identify non-conforming materials, and address quality concerns.

Enhance Communication: Facilitate effective communication between shifts, departments, and support functions for seamless operations.

Foster Continuous Improvement: Lead and support initiatives focused on improving processes, safety, and team skills.

Develop Team Members: Provide on-the-job training, mentorship, and personal development opportunities to build a capable and resilient team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

No formal qualifications but a good level of numeracy, literacy, and PC skills required.
