Job summary

An opportunity has arisen to join our Neonatal Team.

We are a 24-cot Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, level 3 , within the Cheshire and Mersey Neonatal Network. providing care for infants and their families from 22 weeks and above.

Main duties of the job

Applications are invited from motivated Registered Nurses / Midwives with a neonatal qualification or willing to undertake Speciality training that wish to work in this highly rewarding area of nursing.

This exposure will provide the successful applicant with a wealth of neonatal nursing experience working with a highly skilled motivated team.

You will be actively encouraged to participate and contribute to the development of the Neonatal Service.

If successful in this role, there is a requirement for you to have an enhanced DBS. This will be paid for by the Trust and then deducted from your salary over a period of 3 month.

As this vacancy is within the division of Womens and Childrens, there is a mandatory requirement for successful applicants to join the DBS update service. The cost of joining the update service is £13 per year, and applicants are liable to cover this cost with no reimbursement from the Trust. Further details of how to join the update service will be provided upon appointment.
