About the role

As a civil sub-foreman experienced in structural works, you will lead work crews in delivering successful, on time project outcomes for the client, while ensuring a safe working environment at all times.

Your ability to communicate with people at all levels of the project team, as well as your exceptional leadership skills, will help create a high performing team and assist you to direct and allocate site resources while monitoring their effectiveness.

Role Responsibilities

Provide leadership to the structures work crews Assist in directing the allocation of site resources and monitoring progress with daily production objectives Thorough knowledge of the drawings, specifications and quality requirements for all site related activities.

To be successful in this role, you will need;

Certificate III in Civil Construction and/or Certificate IV in Civil Supervision is highly regarded Extensive civil construction background with demonstrated supervisory experience and demonstrated structures experience.
