The Company

We are a vehicle finance and rental company providing flexible vehicle solutions for ride-hailing drivers, focused on Electric Vehicles. We want to switch ride-hailing to electric.

We are one of the largest players in the sector and work with all the big ride-hailing companies. Our growing business is based out of our main office in London & we also deliver cars UK wide. This role represents a chance to get involved in this exciting fast-growing business.

  

The Role

This is an active role – You will be responsible preparing our fleet vehicles for our rental and rent-to-buy customers. Whilst the role involves detailing and preparing vehicles there is also responsibility for inspecting and completing checks on our fleet prior to them being made available to customers as well as some driving work.

 

The role encompasses:

 

  • Preparing vehicles for hire. This includes washing and detailing vehicles ready for our rental and rent-to-buy customers.
  • Maintaining a high-quality appearance of all vehicles in our customer showroom.
  • Completing pre-hire vehicle inspections (to be presented to customers as part of their onboarding) using our fleet inspection app
  • Completing Ready-For-Rent safety checks and vehicle condition reports on all vehicles before they are provided to customers.
  • Identifying vehicle issues and raising them with the Fleet Supervisor.
  • Driving vehicles from our storage compound to local servicing garages and bodyshops.
  • Car park coordination. Organising the car park ensuring vehicles are parked in the right location and securely.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean vehicle preparation area and managing the inventory of cleaning products.

Requirements

    • Hard Working
    • A friendly personality 
    • Good communication skills via email, phone, text, etc.
    • A good understanding of, and interest in, vehicles
    • Willingness to work with new systems (with training) and to embrace the use of technology in our processes
    • Ability to carry out basic vehicle checks (after training) to ensure cars are safe and ready to be driven by a customer
    • Enjoy contributing to the team and growing with our company
    • Ability to prioritise your time and work to targets
    • Independent work ethic
    • Flexibility - Happy to work under pressure, as at WeFlex we often have lots going on.
    • A valid UK driving license with 6 points or less

Benefits

Bonus: Discretionary performance related bonus scheme in place (capped at 10% annual base salary)

following probation, paid quarterly.
